I am a Professional Certified Coach, Human Resource Professional, Lifestyle Expat (having lived in 5 countries and visited more than 40), Change Lover & Transition Specialist with experience as a woman in the international corporate environment.
With my expertise I partner with you to figure out what career you truly want and how to consciously transition while minimizing stress and maximizing your performance.
my story
DREAMS VS. REALITY
When I was younger, I wanted to become a psychologist, architect, interior designer, event manager or work for an NGO – there were several reasons why I didn’t pursue any of these careers: my grades were not good enough, because I was not good at maths or because the job didn’t promise a “good” financial remuneration. There were a lot of fears and doubts blocking me.
Today, I know, if you are ambitious and work for it, you can make it in any field and finances will be less important than your fulfillment.
I don’t want you to regret in the same way as I did, so let’s get your fears out of the way and do what you really enjoy.
WHAT AM I GOOD AT?
Finally, I studied Business Administration and always felt like a fraud, it wasn’t that hard, but I was never really inspired by or excited about the contents and was wondering where I would end up.
I tried a few different jobs, always having the feeling that I am not really good at anything because I was able to do the job, but I didn’t feel that specific knowledge was needed to do it. This believe that I had no “real” strengths or hard skills stopped me from searching further, reaching higher or going in a different direction sooner in time.
WHAT FOR?
For a while, I worked in a job that I enjoyed, but I was still far from seeing my self-worth and understanding that I was secretly a high-performer and I worked many more hours than I was paid for. But for what? I had the nagging thought when I finally closed my laptop that it was another day in which I supported a big company grow and make more revenue, I did not see my hard work valued or my part of the business recognized.
I wanted to help people, to open new doors for them to grow in their career by supporting them with Learning and Development opportunities but I wanted more, I wanted to feel more purposeful, closer to my calling, more successful and in short fulfilled.
After a long period of investing in personal growth, struggles, feeling unfulfilled and unsuccessful, a couple of coaches opened my eyes. I made a plan that was truly aligned with my unique, innate strengths and my dream to help others finding their path faster – it was inspiring and life-changing for me: I trained to become a coach with one of the most prestigious coach training schools in 2021 and give my best everyday to reach you and to support you with all the tools that proved to be helpful for me and already proved to be successful for my clients.

Earners of the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification have satisfactorily completed the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) Coach Training Program. Earner demonstrates knowledge and proficiency using iPEC’s proprietary method of Core Energy Coaching™ and in core competencies outlined by the ICF.
Earners of the COR.E Transitions Dynamics™ Specialist (CTDS) certification have completed the iPEC CTDS training program, including all training requirements and consisting of 40 hours of instruction and practice. This includes training necessary to coach with a specialized focus applying the principles of Energy Leadership™.
Earners of the Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certification have completed the iPEC training necessary to coach and debrief clients utilizing this researched, proprietary tool. Earners are proficient in the training, experience, and skills to analyze and interpret the data from the ELI Assessment results.
The designation is earned by demonstrating knowledge and proficient use of core coaching skills through a comprehensive application and evaluation process designed to ensure high standards for the coaching profession and the clients it serves.
The badge earner is a Member of International Coaching Federation Professional Coaches, the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards. As an ICF Member, the badge earner has completed a training aligned with ICF standards, and commits to abiding by the ICF Code of Ethics.
Earners of this the Gallup Strengths Coach Certification has completed Gallup’s strengths coaching certification program and has demonstrated outstanding commitment to using strengths-based development to help others learn, grow, develop and succeed.
